Back in 2017, this journey began as a whisper—a calling to create something meaningful. Over the years, it evolved, shifting with my own personal growth. In 2023, Breathe fully formed, creating a refuge in Port Elgin—a space where people could reconnect with themselves and remember their I AM.

But growth is constant, and as I deepened in my own understanding, I realized that this journey was never about finding balance in something outside of us—it was about remembering the power that has always been within.

And so, Breathe becomes The Stepping Stone.

The Stepping Stone is not a destination—it is a reminder. A guidepost. A reflection of the truth that you are already whole, already sovereign, already home within yourself.

Through intentional tools like crystals, mystery crystal candles, crystal kits, and bath salts, The Stepping Stone does not offer answers—it offers validation. A gentle nudge toward what you already know deep within: You are enough. You are powerful. You are the answer.
